I appreciate Dr. Singh's patience while we work together to narrow down treatment options for my migraine headaches. I feel comfortable asking questions and his admin staff has always been pleasant. The virtual appointment option is so convenient!

Dr. Singh is very nice and very good doctor, however, the office staff has not been good which is why I am giving it only 2 stars. It took long to get any of my medicine fill because they were not responding to the pharmacy needs nor mine. During a set up virtual appointment my link was not working and when I called to tell them they told me I would have to reschedule when I needed to talk to the doctor about a reaction to one of the new meds. And when I asked if I could leave him a message they said I would have to email instead. I was also charged twice which I paid the first time not catching it but did the second time with again little to no help from the office staff. I hate to leave a bad review especially since Dr. Singh himself is great, but, this needs to be known about the office staff.

My wife was referred by her PCP to Dr Singh for dizziness. Before that she was referred to a spine surgeon (from an ENT) who was a dismal failure in time he spent and we chose not to take his referral to a neurologist but the PCP who is excellent. Dr Singh and his staff was response and he had both discussions and referrals to various tests to check if there were any underlying issues. Fortunately, none but it was reassuring to hear from him and his colleague on the results. I was impressed that his report was issued that same afternoon. I would definitely recommend him.

I had the misfortune of visiting with this Doctor and found him to be cold, rude, arrogant, and uncaring. I've had other neurologists in the past who listen, care and try to work with you. Unfortunately this doctor was not one of those. In fact, I left his office in tears. I am new to VA and did not know who to turn to for treating my neuropathy, which requires a Schedule IV drug. He made it infinitely clear to me that he had no interest in either prescribing or helping. If my spouse was no there with me to witness this firsthand, no one would have believed how incredibly unpleasant this visit turned out to be. Do your due diligence when looking for the best neurologist for you!

Dr. Singh has been helpful in addressing & targeting my concerns. We have switched & tried new routes to get everything worked out. I would recommend him to someone seeking a Neurologist.

Dr. Singh is incredibly thorough and you can tell he cares about each of his patients. I was very pleased with my visit and testing that was performed here and don't feel like my time was wasted or like I was being rushed. Any little issues/miscommunications that I had regarding paperwork/scheduling were quickly resolved, corrected, and noted. Very professional staff and doctor.
